Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Cash Refunds
Important: Dreams never provides cash refunds — under any circumstances. When you cancel a per-event booking 12+ hours before the event, the fee (and any +1 fee) is returned as store credit (wallet credit) you can use on any future event — never cash. Cancel inside the 12-hour window, or no-show, and the fee is forfeited.
2. Per Event Cancellation
You can cancel a per-event booking up to 12 hours before the event. What you get back depends on when you cancel — but it is always store credit, never cash.
Cancel 12+ hours before the event
Your booking fee is returned as store credit (wallet credit) — valid 90 days and usable on any future event. No cash refunds, ever.
The +1 (plus-one) fee
Treated the same way. Cancel 12+ hours before and the +1 fee also comes back as store credit, valid 90 days.
Cancel inside the 12-hour window (or no-show)
The booking fee (and any +1 fee) is forfeited — no store credit and no cash refund.
Prefer to keep your plans? Transfer instead
You can transfer your booking to another event anytime — a simple alternative to cancelling.
3. Monthly Pass Cancellation
For Monthly Pass subscribers:
Cancel at least 3 hours before the event
Your pass covers the booking, so cancelling costs nothing — and it frees up your spot for someone else. Book another event immediately.
Cancel less than 3 hours before
Treated as a no-show. See our no-show policy below.
Monthly subscription fee
The monthly subscription fee is non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when you book an event but do not attend without cancelling within the allowed window. The consequences differ by plan:
Per Event Users
A no-show is treated as a late cancellation plus a small penalty. Two things happen:
Booking fee forfeited. Your booking fee (and any +1 fee) is lost — no store credit and no cash refund, exactly the same as a late cancellation.
Plus a one-event penalty. An additional charge equal to one event fee (AED 15) is deducted from your Dreams credit balance, if you have credit available.
To avoid all of this, cancel at least 12 hours before the event (your fee comes back as store credit) or transfer your booking to another event.
Monthly Pass Members
Since Monthly Pass members book at no extra cost per event, repeated no-shows are treated more seriously to prevent abuse and protect other attendees. 2 no-shows in a billing month pause your bookings for the rest of that billing month — access resets automatically at your next billing cycle.
5. How to Cancel
Follow these steps to cancel a booking:
Go to My Bookings
Access your dashboard from the navigation menu.
Find the booking
Locate the event you want to cancel in your upcoming bookings.
Click "Cancel Booking"
Cancel 12+ hours before and per-event fees come back as store credit (valid 90 days) — never cash. Inside 12 hours, the fee is forfeited. Monthly Pass bookings simply free up your spot. Prefer to keep your plans? Transfer to another event instead.

A transfer lets you move your booking to a different event anytime — a simple alternative to cancelling if your plans change, with nothing lost.
